Hopwood: Where’s our traffic calming?

HOPWOOD residents have asked why they are missing out on traffic calming measures. Parish councillor Adrian Smith told colleagues he had received a flurry of correspondence after villagers saw the stories in The Village magazine about speed restrictions about to be introduced through Cofton Hackett and Barnt Green.
“They have been campaigning for years and they are asking all the time, ‘Where are our signs in Hopwood, where’s our crossing, where’s our traffic calming?’,” said Coun Smith.
